Got this via a Dutch referee forum: a referee who sends a ball boy (pretty old one though) away. The match between ABC and Vitória in Brazilian Serie B was stopped by referee Wagner Reway to talk with a militarian and his fourth official. The latter walked around the field and summons the man to leave the pitch. See the video of the incident here:
