He ran the line at the match between Navegantes and Inter de Lages in a Santa Catarina State Championship game. Ghost goal allowed by referee in German Bundesliga
Stefan Kiessling from Bayer Leverkusen has scored a ghost goal. His header went wide, but touched the net of the goal. Due to a hole in the net, the ball went into the goal from the side and not between the bars. Referee Felix Brych, a World Cup candidate, missed that. Later that night I watched the highlights of German top league and I saw that Sejad Salihović converted a penalty kick and while celebrating he hits an opponent right in the face, right in front of the referee who was just planning to stand in between the players of both teams. The referee cam was introduced in a MLS Soccer game last weekend. Rugby also experienced with this new technology.
